High Powered Mazda3 XD Astina Joins the Mazda Range

The Mazda3 XD Astina (only available in hatchback) has joined the Mazda3 range and is available from Mazda Dealers across Australia with prices ranging from $40,230 for the 6 speed manual to $42,230 for the automatic.

Offering a 2.2 litre SKYACTIV-D diesel engine which generates 129kw of power and 420NM of torque the Mazda3 Astina is coupled with i-Stop and i-ELOOP which assists in achieving a fuel efficiency as low as 5 litres per 100 kilometres or a 12% improvement on the previous and less powerful diesel engine. Purchasers have an option of two transmission types namely a 6 speed SKYACTIV-MT manual or a 6 speed SKYACTIV-Drive automatic.

As expected the Mazda3 XD Astina mirrors the list of equipment currently available on the petrol powered Mazda3 SP25 Astina but is set apart by 18 inch bright allow wheels, LED fog-lamps, a black painted lower rear bumper, a red accent around the front grille and black leather seats with suede trim.
