2015 Kia Rio – Upgraded
To mark the start of 2015, Kia has released images of its upgraded 2015 Kia Rio. As part of the 2015 Kia Rio upgrade:
- the entry level S, new S premium and Si model have new front a rear bumper design, new grille pattern, new centre fascia and audio unit design, and metallic look highlights.
In 2015 the:
- S Model – The S is available in three and five door configurations all with the 1.4 litre MPI engine which is coupled with either a six speed manual or four speed automatic transmission. Pricing for the S is for the 3 door variants either $15,990 (manual transmission) or $17,990 (automatic transmission) and for 5 door models either $16,990 (manual transmission) or $18,990 (automatic transmission).
- S Premium – The all new S Premium is available in five doors with the same engine and transmission as the S but has additional trim and comfort features which include 15 inch alloys, front fog lamps, electric folding side mirrors with indicators, cruise control, six speaker audio unit and a leather wrapped steering wheel and shift knob. Pricing for the S Premium is either $17,690 (manual) or $19,690 (automatic).
- Si Model – The Si Model is only available in a five door version and has a 1.6 litre GDI engine coupled with a six speed automatic transmission. The model has 16 inch alloy wheels and high quality interior over the S. Pricing for the Si is $21,490.
At this stage when the high end Sport and SLi models will be released is yet to be determined but you can be assured that when it is announced it will be on CarHq.
